Six-week summer collection campaign. We collect, sort and distribute food packages to 120 families in the Mănăștur and Iris districts. Shifts run at the warehouse (sorting, packing) and on delivery routes (driver + companion pairs).

Weekly math and Romanian tutoring for 30 children from vulnerable families, grades 2–8. Sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at the community center. A school-year-long program; consistency matters more than hours here.

One-weekend blitz: litter collection, bench repainting and planting 40 saplings along the lake alley, together with the city hall green-spaces department. Gloves, bags and tools provided — just bring energy.

Ongoing support for the municipal dog shelter: walking, socialization, feeding and adoption-day support. Requires a short onboarding visit before the first shift, so enrollment needs coordinator approval.
